WHO HANDLES THE DATA

Il titolare del trattamento è Simone Godani, Italia. Per qualsiasi richiesta puoi scrivere a servis.go77@gmail.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you sign up: the username you choose, your email address and your year of birth. The password is not stored: we only keep an encrypted fingerprint of it, from which the original password cannot be recovered.

When you log in: the date of the login, the type of browser, and afingerprint of your IP address — not the address itself. The fingerprint is used to stop whoever tries passwords in rapid succession and to show you which devices you are logged in from, but it does not allow tracing back to the original address.

When you play: your scores, your progress and the settings you save, game by game. In the driving games the profile of your driving style is also recorded: if you choose to make it public, it can be used to make a computer-controlled opponent race in other players' races, under your username. It is your choice and you can revoke it at any time.

When you pass by: the counter at the bottom of the page. It counts how many people pass by, not who: at every visit a number goes up in a table that contains only a date and two counts, with no reference to you. To tell one arrival from twenty pages opened in a row the session cookie is used, which is already there and dies with the browser.

There is a second number, that of different people, and that one requires recognising you when you come back. To recognise you we keep a fingerprint of your IP address — the same kind of fingerprint as above, from which the address cannot be recovered — and nothing else: no page, no time of visit, no path. We keep this second number only if you have turned on “Audience measurement” in the cookie preferences. If you have not turned it on, your visit is counted like all the others but nothing of you remains.

The same goes for the number of people playing right now, the one that appears above each game: there the fingerprint is that of the browser window, lasts at most an hour and is then deleted by itself.

WHY

To let you play, that is, to provide the service you asked for by signing up. The username identifies you in the standings, the email is used to let you back in if you forget your password, the year of birth to verify the minimum age set by Italian law for signing up alone to an online service, which is fourteen.

The legal basis is the performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679): no consent is needed for this data, it is needed to give you the service you asked for.

The visit counter rests on another basis: the legitimate interest in knowing how many people pass through one's own site (art. 6.1.f), which holds because the count is aggregated and no trace of you remains. Recognising returning visitors, instead, rests on your consent (art. 6.1.a) and only on that: it is the “Audience measurement” box, which comes switched off and is turned on only if you turn it on.

WHO WE GIVE IT TO

We do not sell it, we do not transfer it and we do not give it to anyone who would use it for themselves. We do not use statistics or tracking services: the visit counter is ours, runs on our server and sends nothing to anyone — no third-party script, no piece of page that comes from outside. The site is hosted on servers located in Italy, so your data does not leave the European Union.

It is touched by whoever gives us the space on the server, because that is where it sits: they do it on our behalf, as data processor, and cannot use it for anything else.

The other exception, if you choose to use it, is signing in through Google: in that case Google tells us your email address and an identifier, and what Google does on its own account follows its own terms, even outside the European Union on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. It is an option, not an obligation: you can sign up with just your email.

FOR HOW LONG

As long as you keep the account. Login records delete themselves after a few weeks. If you ask for deletion, we remove username, email, year of birth, password and driving profiles.

The results of the championship races you took part in remain, but stripped of any reference to you: they serve to avoid leaving holes in the standings of the other participants, and no longer allow tracing back to you.

The visit counts remain forever, because they are just numbers: a day and how many people passed. The fingerprint used to recognise returning visitors stays as long as you keep “Audience measurement” on; by turning it off we stop updating it, and you can ask us to delete it like any other data.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy in a readable format. You can also object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted. Write to servis.go77@gmail.com: we answer within a month.

You can withdraw at any time the consents you have given — the optional cookies, the driving style made public — and withdrawing must be as easy as consenting: cookies are changed from Cookie preferences, the driving style from the game. The withdrawal applies from that moment on and does not make unlawful what was done before.

We do not do advertising profiling and we do not take automated decisions about you.

If you think something is wrong, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (garanteprivacy.it).

COOKIES

The necessary ones. They keep the session open while you browse, bring you back in without retyping the password if you ticked "stay logged in", and remember this choice of yours. None of them is used to profile you and none is read by third parties. Without these the games do not work, because your career is tied to who you are: for this reason, if you refuse them, the site stays readable but you cannot enter the games. Your choice about cookies is remembered too, precisely so as not to ask you again on every page.

The optional ones. The site does not load a single third-party script, and none of these switches puts one more cookie on your computer. Advertising does nothing today: it is ready for the day the banners arrive. Audience measurement on the other hand does one thing only, from now on: it lets the counter at the bottom of the page recognise you when you come back, so that the number of different people is the true one and does not count you twice. Off, you pass by and leave nothing. You turn them on and off whenever you like, all together or one by one.

The first time you come in we ask you with a window, and the optional boxes arrive empty: they are turned on only if you turn them on. After that, your choice is remembered for six months. You change it from Cookie preferences, which you find at the bottom of every page. You can also delete them from the browser settings, or by logging out of the account.

Cookie by cookie, with the name and duration of each, is in thecookie notice.

HOW WE PROTECT IT

Passwords are stored as encrypted fingerprints, not in plain text. IP addresses are stored as fingerprints. The connection to the site is encrypted. The login cookies cannot be read by the page scripts and are renewed at every use, so a stolen cookie stops working as soon as you come back.
